After his first release, he is alleged to have RAPED a 13-year-old girl. He was released a second time.

Jessica Gorman spent her first birthday without her daughter, Sheridan Grace Gorman.
Sheridan was just 18 years old and a student at Loyola University Chicago when she was fatally shot while out with friends in sanctuary Illinois.
Jose Medina, an illegal alien from Venezuela, entered the U.S. illegally under the Biden administration and was released TWICE before brutally murdering Sheridan.

TRAGIC AND PREVENTABLE DEATH:
Ryan O’Shea, 21, a University of New Haven student and club hockey senior assistant captain, was killed Oct. 16 in a head-on crash on I-91 in North Haven, CT, when a pickup truck traveling the wrong way struck his vehicle.
The driver was Guillermo Carmona-Lopez, a 31-year-old Mexican illegal alien. He should never have been in the United States in the first place, let alone behind the wheel.
In May 2013, Border Patrol arrested Carmona-Lopez after he illegally entered the country. He was issued an expedited removal and removed. He then illegally reentered — a felony — and was arrested again by Border Patrol. He was issued a final order of removal and later reentered at an unknown time and place.
O’Shea was returning to campus after a hockey game. He was studying criminal justice and aspired to join the NYPD. His family joins the many American families who have been left with unimaginable loss.
Loss that was preventable.
