The key lesson for high-growth companies? As soon as possible does not mean all at once. 💫
Ivo is a fast-growing Series B AI/SaaS company in the San Francisco Bay area. They have a clear goal when it comes to their security strategy: to make proactive security a core part of how they earn and keep customer trust.
In this customer story, we sit down with Saurabh Gupta, Ivo’s Director of Customer Trust and GRC, to explore:
• Ivo’s security requirements and past challenges.
• How flexible assessments fit their fast-moving culture.
• Building a private Bug Bounty Program and launching a VDP.
• AI-specific security coverage and why that matters in today’s environment.
• The importance of the people-then-process mindset.
• Why Ivo chose to work with Intigriti.
"I got connected with the Intigriti team, and we hit it right off the bat. They understood the scope really well, the kind of size we are, what we are trying to do and achieve. They understood what I was looking for. The team is approachable, empathetic, and that's what drew me to them. It's the humbleness, it's the drive, the willingness to actually see what a prospective customer is going through and how to help them.” - Gupta
Intigriti is proud to support Ivo on their journey!

ID verification is moving earlier in the bug bounty journey. But what does that mean for your public program?
Chris Holt, our Strategic Engagement & Community Architect, discusses how requiring verification before submission can help reduce noise in triage queues, but that some researchers have legitimate reasons to protect their identity and still have important vulnerabilities to report.
Holt says that “The challenge is to improve signal without closing the door on responsible disclosure. While rewarded submissions require verification, responsible disclosure should remain welcome.”
