The Department of Science and Technology @IndiaDST, hosted the 8th BRICS Working Group Meeting on Material Science and Nanotechnology (WG-MSN) in a hybrid format @jncasr, Bengaluru.
Deliberating under the core theme "Advanced Materials and Nanotechnology for Energy, Healthcare, and Sustainable Innovation," the meeting convened member delegates to align national science priorities, share state-of-the-art research infrastructure, and expand joint multilateral calls.
The Indian delegation was led by Dr. Arindam Bhattacharyya, BRICS STI Nodal Officer, Dr. Sibashisa Dash, Scientist, IC Division, @IndiaDST and Dr. Karthik Dhandapani Scientist, NAM Division, @IndiaDST.
Academic leadership and thematic expert sessions were anchored by Prof. Sarit S. Agasti and Prof. Kanishka Biswas @jncasr , along with eminent experts from @IITKanpur, @iitdelhi , @sctimst_tvm and @iiscbangalore.
