3 things building a full AI season taught me that no tutorial will:
1️⃣ Your audience catches props, not pixels. Nobody complained about render quality. They asked why my hero drank coffee at home… while walking to a café to buy coffee. And why two sets of keys sat on one table.
Fix the logic before the light.
2️⃣ Never trust one long take. My first morning scene was a single continuous shot, the hat jumped onto his head. I cut it into 4 camera setups.
Every cut is a chance to hide a fail. Editors were right for 100 years.
3️⃣ Test the model like a stunt double. I ran the same fight prompt on two engines: one bent my hero's armor and spawned a second villain mid-blast. The other nailed every frame.
Cheap test first, credits only where the shot matters.
