For reasons, I won't be able to work too much on my personal agent anymore, but I think there's some interesting bits here, so making it public (and archived). Based loosely on CloudflareOS, Aggy uses wasmer as a code-mode sandbox, and boxd when more more horsepower is needed. It features a robust grant system, a gateway for keeping secrets away from the agent, and multiplayer, multi-gateway support. It has an "artifact" system and a system for building apps that both agents and humans can use collaboratively.

We just want you to know, that we shipped the first WebAssembly runtime in Rust before either was cool. Thank you for your attention on this matter.

That's an accurate take. Now is time to define what's going to be the right primitive 😉
A lot of the long-running persistent sandbox stuff today feels like lift-and-shift. I suspect sandboxes will evolve from being “devboxes in the cloud” to something much more ephemeral. One environment for every _command_. And snapshotting in between so you can pause/resume/clone.

It seems the surprise option is on it's way of winning. If we reach 100 votes the surprise will be a BIG one. Can't wait to share what's on the oven! 🤗

This is a great example of using the right tech for the problem, and how important is to be always pragmatic with the solution. In this case, moving from Wasm to JS improved the performance of Three.js' tangent gen by ~4x and the size by 75%. Keep up the good work @mrdoob!
More WASM code replaced with simpler and faster JavaScript 🥲 github.com/mrdoob/three.js/p…
