On this day in
#AssassinsCreed History 244 years ago, Colonial Templar Grandmaster Charles Lee was killed by Ratonhnhaké:ton in a tavern in Monmouth, New Jersey. After being chased by the Assassin in Boston, both being injured rubble falling down on them running through a ship under construction, the Assassin shot Lee in the chest after he got up, leaving him even further wounded and fleeing to New Jersey. Quickly in pursuit, the Assassin also arrived to Monmouth, having tracked Lee to a tavern, ready to finish him once and for all. Entering the place, the Mohawk Assassin sat down at his table, Lee gravely wounded and injured sipping off of a bottle. Albeit arch enemies, the two shared sips from the bottle first, showing each other their respect, Lee then giving his permission for the Assassin to properly and honourably deliver the final strike, then stabbing him in the chest and retrieving the Isu amulet.
