The Lords love is infinite and everything I do is because of His sacrifice. The team has come together and is growing each week. Big win against a great ACP team. Focused and motivated for the last game of the year against DM.

Check this out!!
His recruiter got fired. His offer may not survive it.
November is when college staffs turn over. The early signing period opens the first week of December. That puts some families somewhere nobody warns them about: deciding whether to sign before the new staff has even been hired.
A new head coach inherits a class he didn't build. He re-evaluates every commitment the last staff made, by his scheme, his roster and his own board. Some offers survive that. Some quietly don't.
The mistake is assuming the commitment transfers on its own. A verbal was made to people, and those people may be gone. Ask the new staff directly, before you ask anyone else.
✅ Has the new staff confirmed his offer?
✅ Who on staff is recruiting him now?
✅ Do they run the scheme he fits?
✅ Are his other options still warm?
A verbal is to a staff. A signature is to the school, whoever ends up coaching it. Know which one you're making before December.
If you want help reading a coaching change before he signs, the conversation starts at 12sportsconsulting.com.

They said I was crazy for taking on this job as a first year head coach.
Before coming in, the program has been winless for the past 6 seasons.
This year we won 3 games. We scored 4 times as much points & gave up 354 less points than they did last season.

Three Power 4 programs fired their head coaches the last couple weeks. For families with a commitment at a school in transition, the pressure to act is real. The urgency usually is not.

Huge win against a good cactus shadows team. Played a very run heavy game and gashed them on the ground. Happy to make a return to the field after battling a offseason injury. Here are some blocking highlights.

Huge thank you to @RealLittwBritt for this phenomenal piece about Coach Will Shaffer and all he’s doing for our @McClintock_FB program 🙌
Former Saguaro standout Will Shaffer is back on the AZHSFB scene as a coach with McClintock, where he's working to pour everything into his players in hopes of making them not only better football players, but better young men.
