The real breakthrough for tokenized Real Estate is not just fractionalization.
It is financial composability.
Through its collaboration with @Aave, RNT Lend enables supported Real Estate RWA to become collateral within decentralized lending.
Stablecoin providers can also participate by supplying USDT or USDC and potentially earning additional yield.

Tokenization is becoming infrastructure rather than simply representation.
USDT suppliers in RNT Lend are earning 12% APY. That interest comes from borrowers.
They post tokenized real estate as collateral, borrow stablecoins and pay interest every block on Polygon. The difference between the borrow rate and the supply rate goes to the protocol reserve.
The rate is variable and depends on utilization. Right now the USDT market is around 95% borrowed.

Wall Street closes. Crypto never does.
And @OndoPerps is bringing these two worlds together.
Been looking into what @Ondo is building, and there's more to it than just another perps platform.
Here's what caught my attention:
❯ Trade perps on stocks like NVDA, TSLA and AAPL, plus indices and commodities
❯ 24/7 trading, even when traditional markets are closed
❯ Up to 20x leverage on supported markets
❯ Use eligible tokenized stocks as collateral instead of relying only on stablecoins
That last part is particularly interesting.
Imagine holding tokenized equities and being able to use them as margin for other positions without immediately selling them.
Of course, leverage, funding costs and collateral volatility come with risks.
I'm going to explore the platform further and share what I find.
