Tried the @FlutonIO testnet. Fluton uses FHE (via Fhenix CoFHE) to keep transaction amounts, intents, and cross-chain flows fully encrypted end-to-end. You can do private swaps, bridges, and payments while the underlying data never appears in plaintext.FHE fits as the confidentiality layer: amounts stay encrypted during computation, so validators and observers can’t see what you’re doing, while the system remains composable. FHE is quantum-resistant by design.Most privacy solutions rely on elliptic curve cryptography. When a sufficiently powerful quantum computer arrives, that data can be harvested today and decrypted later (harvest-now, decrypt-later). FHE is built on lattice-based cryptography — the same mathematical foundation NIST selected for post-quantum standards. The data stays encrypted even while computations happen on it.That’s why it matters for infrastructure being built today. Assets, balances, and positions encrypted with FHE remain protected against future quantum threats without needing a later migration.
