@SW_help why are you cancelling loads of stopping services? Couldn’t get the 16.33 Wok stopper, 16.34 delayed and now running fast 18 mins and now you make sure the 16.27 will go ahead from Surbiton so a 20+ min wait at Surbiton in this heat. Real sensible

@SW_help just love the train slowing down for no apparent reason every time we pass Worplesdon on the way towards Woking. Never used to happen until recently. Some of us have connections to make, the train was already late but let the train crawl along and let us miss it. Clever

@SW_help not delivering the service I pay several thousand pounds for. That train was THREE minutes late came through the EXACT SAME platform and it’s getting to Guildford ON TIME. Just don’t want to bother with Wimbledon! Disgusting attitude towards paying passengers

@TfL bus driver blaming roadworks seeming it’s a 219 and at least TWO 131’s went past us that is lies. He just didn’t want to move the bus

@SW_help I don’t understand the logic that the train that makes up the 17.34 Wat via Cobham arrives at Guildford before the one that makes up the 17.09 which is often late arriving then late leaving. Shouldn’t it be the other way around if you can’t manage to keep them on time?

@SW_help STILL got 455 trains with NO air con and now we only have HALF a train now, when is the Cobham line getting any Arterios? Doesn’t seem important enough to get any as it doesn’t have a racecourse/castle/palace on the line so we will probably be last to get them.

@SW_help Wimbledon skipped again! This train is already late by over 45 minutes the trains are all cancelled or delayed for another hour from Guildford but skip stations. I got to wait half an hour for another train at Surbiton? That’s an absolute joke! You aren’t sorry btw

@SW_help you really do not care about passengers who pay you to travel between Surbiton & Waterloo. You need to give proper alternatives than how you treat these passengers. Oh they just don’t matter it’s disgusting that SWRs attitude is let’s leave them stranded at Surbiton!

@SW_Help So there’s clearly problems on the network but because I am travelling towards London you can’t be bothered to actually tell paying customers about because we are not a priority yet we pay the same fares regardless of the direction of travel. Treat us the same

@SW_help Why is Wimbledon always getting skipped there’s a train that sits on platform 1 at GLD for ages and it’s mine that always skips - bad management of trains this is for a train to be turning round so quickly and 1 sat there ages sort this out. What’s the problem this time?

@TfL where are the school buses in SW London? Buses over your stated capacity as you haven’t bothered. Still in a pandemic remember, seems you have forgotten again? Public safety not a priority these days?

This means we have to cycle through disembarking passengers and pedestrians who are rightly confused as to the layout. This stretch of road was perilous enough but now it is plainly hazardous. Has anyone on your development teams actually cycled on them?

@tflbusalerts can you stop Merton garage blocking the road directly outside with parked buses AND out going buses from the garage please! It is stopping buses with passengers from getting through!
