People's opinions change constantly, but God's truth never changes. Paul asked, "Do I seek to please men?" (Galatians 1:10). A compass doesn't follow the wind; it follows north. Likewise, Christians must follow Christ, not the crowd. "Are you seeking God's approval or man's?"
Deuteronomy 7:9 reminds us that our God is "the faithful God." People may disappoint us, and circumstances may change, but God always keeps His word. When you don't know what tomorrow holds, trust His promises, obey His will, and remember: God is faithful.
A harsh word can tear down. A kind word can strengthen a heart for years. Today, ask yourself: Will my words build up or tear down?
Let's use our speech to encourage, strengthen, and share God's grace with others.
Christianity is not about putting ourselves first, its serving humbly. A Christlike heart looks beyond its own needs and cares about the needs of others. Look for opportunities to encourage, help, or serve someone. Small acts of humility often reveal evidence of God's love.
Trying to navigate life without God's wisdom is like driving through thick fog while ignoring the road signs. We cannot see what lies ahead, but God can. Humility trusts His direction instead of our own understanding. Let God's Word guide your steps rather than your opinions.
If we continually feed our minds with worldly thoughts, worry, and selfish desires, we should not be surprised when spiritual weeds appear. But when we fill our minds with God's Word, prayer, and His promises, He produces life and peace in our hearts. What are you consuming?
True wisdom is not proven by what we say, but by how we live. James 3:13 reminds us that wisdom is shown through good conduct and a humble spirit. Like a fruit tree known by its fruit, God's wisdom is revealed in a life that honors Him.
