The Apparel, Made-ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC) was honoured to welcome senior officials from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India, to the AMHSSC Centre of Excellence, Tirupur, on 09 October 2026. The delegation reviewed the advanced training models at the Centre, observed technical operations, and interacted directly with the current batch of trainees. They also examined the practical curriculum, which is designed to bridge the gap between technical training and the needs of the industry. Mr. Niranjan Kumar Sudhanshu, Additional Secretary, MSDE, addressed the trainees. He encouraged them to build professional confidence, aim for global skill standards, and move from skilled workers to future industry leaders through independent ventures and self-employment.
