I’m not. Will use SpaceX cold gas thruster system with ultra high pressure air in a composite over-wrapped pressure vessel in place of the 2 rear seats.

Nansen might be the most feedback driven team in crypto right now. I wrote up honest feedback, put it on GitHub, and DMed @ASvanevik and @TJmagawa. Several items are already fixed. I asked for clarity on seasons and points, and changes are landing there too. They read it, they replied, they shipped. That fast. That tells you everything about how a team operates. Huge things are being built here and we’ll find out SOON! Rooting for Nansen 🧭 @nansen_ai

K-shaped agency. most people acknowledge that AGENCY is the key trait that will separate winners and losers in the agentic age. do you actually get up and do shit at your own initiative? or do you just sit around waiting to be prompted. that’s agency. increasingly I’m observing that agency is reflexive. agency begets agency. and conversely, if you’re low agency, AI makes it EASIER for you to be low agency. this is super dangerous! competent people risk becoming complacent. if you mostly do THE SAME as before, but at lower effort (due to AI) you’re at risk. if you aim higher, going for 10x the quality and speed, you’re on the right track. if you’re reading this, you should feel a deep sense of urgency to develop agency. we’re all human beings, and it makes sense that you experience some AI fatigue. but get back on the horse! spend 1 hour with AI right now and see how much further you can push the boundaries vs 6 months ago. we have intelligence on tap and it’s DIRT CHEAP. you have 20 team mates who could be working for you right now. but they’re idling. go out there and build what you’ve always dreamed of. never been a better time to go all-in.

the most surprising thing about AI is how little people use it. we have DIRT CHEAP intelligence on tap. yet only a tiny population of people have agents doing work for them constantly.

The end result for AI IMO is 1/ Highly specialized models for businesses where they own their IP and stack to drive unique outcomes 2/ On device inference for people using personalized narrow models for the masses, free inference 3/ God tier frontier models that own a percentage of their creations (tech, medicine, space travel)

my prediction: personal ai agents won’t monetize through monthly subscription fees. they’ll monetize by owning the fintech stack and earning revenue every time their users spend money. Instinct already measures internal performance based on monthly payment volume. to monetize this they can: > issue their own Visa credit card > earn 2-3% interchange on every transaction > negotiate bulk discounts directly with merchants > take a percentage of the savings they generate > earn yield on balances sitting inside the ecosystem instead of charging you $20/month to use your personal agent, the agent becomes the interface through which you spend thousands of dollars every month. if your agent books your flights, hotels, restaurants, and everyday purchases, owning the payment layer underneath becomes far more valuable than a $20/month subscription. the biggest personal ai companies will end up looking less like software companies and more like fintechs. personal ai agents + fintech will eventually blend into an entirely new category: agentic finance.

ML4 was trained on 3,800 NVIDIA Grace Blackwell GPUs in our European datacenters -- our cluster in Bruyères-le-Châtel built using our Series B fundraise. We are investing heavily in infrastructure, with our Series C and D clusters coming online soon. This additional compute will let us train longer, pursue more ambitious post-training, and iterate faster. We expect large and rapid improvements in the weeks and months ahead. 2/n
