Eight years ago today, I caught seven Black boys on camera. The video went viral. I was shocked 😳 But what grabbed me wasn’t just what they were doing . It was who I knew they would become if they continued on the path. This video is a throwback and an update.

Vision: Do our students have a clear picture of who they could become, or are they simply moving from lesson to lesson?

Belief: Does the culture of our school strengthen students’ belief in what is possible for them, especially those who may not yet believe in themselves?
