Good call Faisal. It's one of the new features I added to @ActivityLog in a recent release, which alerts you to any Site Health 'Critical' issues.
You get an email (and log) telling you about the action to take. Good for things you can miss.
Auto-updates can stop without telling you.
A week after 7.1.3 shipped, one host found 1 in 6 sites on 7.1 had missed all three security releases.
Only 1 in 10 of those behind had updates switched off. Check Site Health.

Working on a logger for WP AI & it's core Connectors.
The aim is to log things like an AI provider API key change, AI feature toggles, and access being approved, denied or revoked.. but without ever storing keys or prompt content.
