Thoughts from the game. - Still giving away too many easy goals - Sarr might not suit the Sage system (maybe as a 9) - Kamada 100% does suit it - The ref was atrocious - Richards and Disasi 馃槶馃槶 - I'm worried about Brighton 馃槵 #cpfc

The first half of the game today was a reverse copy of us Vs Burnley at home last season. (JSL's first start I believe) #cpfc

Typical Glasner, he really has no clue how to win at Selhurst. #cpfc

Still can't quite used to the fact we have won things and are playing a second consecutive season in Europe. It's still very surreal and fully expecting the bubble to spectacularly burst one day soon.
Surreal feeling. I grew up assuming the Championship was where we鈥檇 always reside, then we got in the Premier League and have stayed there for 13 years. We鈥檝e won an FA Cup, a Conference League and tonight, we鈥檙e behind only Juventus in the Europa League table. Silly.

Kamada has a goal contribution every 50 minutes since moving I to the 10 role. It's odd to see some people think he hasn't been effective and should be back alongside Wharton. #cpfc

Richards doesn't seem to be able to play the role Sage wants him to do, him and Khalaili seem like a poor fit at the moment. It seems both full-backs are told to stay high most of the time, and the left and right centre backs are expected to fill the space. #cpfc

Wharton seems to be really struggling to adapt too. Not sure why, because you would think the patterns of play Sage likes would suit him - maybe the physical demands are too much? Timber and Wharton seem to be occupying too many of the same spaces, too often. #cpfc

Under Glasner, we didn't beat City once in the league, conceded an average of 3.4 goals per game over 5 games. So this game pretty much goes as was expected doesn't it? #cpfc

Not worried about the result. Sage still learning about players and bedding in the system. What did we learn? Guessand can't play up top, Richards is not the line leader and don't change the whole front 3. Munoz definitely off. Forest or Everton? Disappointing for him. #cpfc

Pleased with the 1st half against a top side. Sageball is more progressive than Glasnerball. More fluid in attack but it'll take a while to get chemistry between the front 3. Different type of football and no pre-season. Khalaili already looks good, so does Tomiyasu. #cpfc

The system seems to suit Pino and Eddie more too. Give it some time. BTW, didn't Haaland score an identical goal against us last season, also up against Richards? #cpfc

I see some #nffc fans are starting to wonder about Glasner. A reminder of things from his two years at Palace (which rang true at previous clubs) - He's stubborn and his system takes time to work. - He doesn't change it to suit players - lots of square pegs in round holes.

- He says he likes a small squad, then runs them into the ground (which is why league form always drops off). - He is very good at his system (which is why I think the big clubs avoided him). Stick with him through the ups and downs and you'll probably win a cup.

- Delap is a step in the right direction for what Glasner likes. Are you sure you don't want Mateta though? We are happy to sell him to you. #nffc

This is sad news. To long-term Dubai residenta, this is one of the most iconic buildings. Nothing will remain of Defence Roundabout then 馃槬

Braga are doing pretty well considering the standard of the opposition.
