In my opinion that's the allure of the Frieza race/Frost Demons, their "final" forms come off as sleek and compact, unassumingly powerful, when dragon ball has shown countless times that power is usually measured though means that are physically seeable, i.e., hair and body size

This is not the regular roster btw!!! This roster has separate slots for Gogeta SSJ and Gogeta Blue even though we already know they can transform into one another
Each form is considered a different mentor and this roster displays mentors rather than the characters themselves
