After searching SEC Form 4 filings, insider databases, and reports across all US public companies for the past decade, no exact public tally of full-board open-market buys (every director using personal funds in a short window) exists. Cluster buys by multiple directors happen more often, but complete board participation does not.
GameStop holds ~43.39 million eBay shares at a cost basis of ~$101.09 ($4.386B total). At $125 after hours, the stake is worth ~$5.42B — an unrealized gain of about $1.04B.
