AI is not a tool. It’s a workforce. Most people are still “using AI”. The real shift is: → Structuring AI as agents → Managing them like a team This is what I call ARM (Agent Resource Management).

3）AR（Agent Resource）要做的不是继续写工具，而是把Agent当成一种资源来管理：哪些事情该交给Agent、同一个Agent怎么在不同业务里持续变好、怎么统一调度而不是每个团队重复搭建，以及怎么在效果、速度和成本之间持续做权衡。 甚至HR部门之后就变成了HR & AR department。
