A few final thoughts on Boston College-Georgia Tech:
- Quite possibly the best game I've seen the offensive line play since I started covering the team in 2019. If not the best, definitely one of the best. Well done.
- Evan Dickens is a great player and will be missed, but Bo MacCormack and Co. look ready to embrace increased roles. MacCormack is physical, shifty and relentless.
- The special teams blunders need to decrease, obviously, but I personally think they will moving forward. Only up from here.
- Important to keep in mind that GT's defense was shorthanded, but I do think the BC offense has found a sustainable formula to keep defenses guessing and off balance.
- Charlie Comella continues to dazzle. Kudos to the staff for landing him and MacCormack and maximizing the talent of two promising local kids.
- I would still pick Notre Dame and Miami, but the possibility of BC upsetting either one isn't as infinitesimal as it was a few weeks ago. Never know.
