A college coach’s day is 100%.
Recruiting is MAYBE 10-20% of it (Especially this time of year)
The other 80%: Intrasquads, practice planing, the training room, the transfer portal, compliance, player development, meeting with academic advisors and administrators.
Unless someone’s entire job is recruiting, nobody is sitting there deciding not to call your son. They haven’t gotten to him yet. There’s a difference.
So when it’s quiet, don’t read it as a no. Most of the time it’s just a Tuesday.
Go get better. Be worth getting to. Control what YOU can control.
