If you’re a teenager, you don’t need PEDs, and you really shouldn’t be taking them.
At your age, testosterone, IGF-1, and recovery capacity are through the roof. You’re in one of the best periods of your life to build muscle.
Almost everyone I know who started taking training, nutrition, and sleep seriously at that age built an incredible physique naturally. Some of them look better than people taking all kinds of PEDs.
But the most valuable thing isn’t even the physique. It’s everything you learn from years of pushing your natural limits. You learn how to train properly, how your body responds to food and recovery, how to stay consistent, and how to make progress when things get difficult.
That’s something PEDs can’t teach you.
If you skip that process, you risk becoming dependent on drugs to make progress. Every plateau becomes an excuse to increase the dose or add another compound instead of questioning your training, nutrition, or recovery.
You have years ahead of you. Use this time to build a strong foundation, physically and mentally. Even if you eventually decide to take PEDs as an adult, nothing will replace what you could have built and learned naturally.
Advising teenagers to take meth and tren should land you in jail if things worked as they should.
