By "got a hold of it" you mean put it in a choke hold to relegate it to insignificance.
Look into Gnosticism....it's the form of Christianity that existed before the Roman Catholic Church got a hold of it for their own use.
We recognize the OT god as a false one, that Jesus tried to correct by teaching that the Kingdom of God is within us.
There's a reason the Church went on a book burning and murder spree to keep people looking outward toward a judgmental, jealous, exterior god....and not the true God Consciousness that makes up the entire universe.

My dad might be getting laid off from his job because he’s been out of work for months please pray
My dad’s going to be in hospital for an extended time because what keeps going wrong is he that he goes home and is then back in the hospital again 2 days later. They don’t want a repeat of that so they’re going to eliminate the infection and then make sure it doesn’t come back
