I heard a question last week that I haven't been able to shake. What is God doing in your heart right now to prepare you for the season where you handle the money? I've spent twenty years learning how to make money. I've spent a lot less time on that question. It's the harder one.

So... let me guess: you’re a real estate investor, but you’re STUCK. Maybe 3 units. Maybe 10. Whatever. Not enough to retire. Not freedom. Just... the Messy Middle. I've been there. It's not fun. Good news: only 3 "walls" keep people stuck here. (Most of you are hitting at least 2 lol) Here’s how to climb each one -->

Wall 3: You ran out of TIME. You’re doing it all yourself. Finding, fixing, the 11pm toilet call. It finally caught up with you. #BeenThereDoneThat. Fix #1: give your business an operating system like EOS and start hiring employees to run your processes OR... (here’s a better fix now -->)

Fix #2: Learn how to master Ai in your investing and it will run 80% of your "processes" with minimal (but vital) human reviews. If you set it up right, it actually works REALLY well. A year from now you’re not stuck at 10 units. You’re figuring out who you'll golf with while your buddies are all still working. Wanna learn how to put Ai into your REI? I'm going to make people mad right here... I think Dave Ramsey is right. I think he's right for most of America. I think that cutting up credit cards, paying down your primary mortgage, and investing in index funds is the right approach... for MOST Americans. However, if you want to push the limits and are willing to do the mental, physical, and emotional work (and even take on more risk), then I think business building and real estate investing (which is just another form of a business) is the best basket to place most of your eggs. There's nothing wrong with investing in the stock market if you want to retire at 65. But if you want more, faster, then you have to take an atypical path.

If you’re married + young kids + a career … I DON’T encourage waking up super early. No matter how good it is for productivity. Because let’s be honest… you really only have one halfway decent time for “intimacy” … and that’s when the kids go to sleep. It is what it is. When you wake up at 5am… you’ll fall asleep putting your kids to bed every night. You’ll be amazingly productive, probably have a six pack, and you’ll be miserable.

This is my 30-Minute Morning Routine, as a 41-year old millionaire entrepreneur with kids and a wife and an insanely busy life. Not the “wake up at 4am, journal for 45 minutes, meditate on a mountain, then cold plunge into a glacier” routine. I have kids. I have work to get done. I have about 30 minutes of silence before the house wakes up. So it has to be simple. And it has to be effective. And these 6 steps are exactly that. Let's go ---->

Finally: habit tracking. Three minutes. I review the few habits that actually matter right now. Did I sleep right yesterday? Eat right? Read? Analyze a real estate deal? Meet with my executive team? Take my wife on a date? Tracking turns vague intentions into a scoreboard. I've gamified my life with this incredibly powerful habit tracker... and it takes less than three minutes.

That’s it. 30 minutes. Water. Coffee. Bible. Prayer/stretching. Reading. Habit tracking. It’s not impressive. It’s not extreme. But it’s repeatable. And repeatable beats impressive almost every time.

I was fine where I lived. Fine. Not happy. Fine. Then real estate bought me the option to live where I'm happiest, and I took it. If you don't love where you live right now, you are not stuck. You're just short one thing, and it's income that doesn't care what zip code you're in.
