Qatar has extended its force majeure. This means Europe and Asia will not receive any contracted LNG until the end of 2026 Qatar is no longer an untouchable LNG superpower, and Doha’s export shutdown is reshaping the global energy architecture Here are the key takeaways. 👇🇶🇦🧵

Gold options desk read Someone bought nearly 9,000 December gold fences today. That means buying the $3,680 puts and selling the $4,350 calls, paying a small premium to do it. The second clip was hedged with December futures near $4,050, so this looks more like a bet on downside skew than a straight short. Either way, demand for deep downside puts is rising while upside calls are being sold. With gold near $4,070 on Fed day, the options market is paying for protection under $4,000, not betting on a breakout. $GC_F

Recently on a ship of this force, an NSA (No Such Agency) officer weighed on all the goverments in the West urgently urging their citizenry to prep for -for what? Nuclear war? AI apocalypse? Storm of the century? EMP blasts? Stock in food, water, toilet paper, pet food… Then he said something terrifying. He said to watch the movie THE DAY AFTER. He said the buildup to war in the film is exactly what we’re experiencing now. He hinted that nuclear war isn’t here yet but it’s in the mail. Oh no!

People who've been through narcissistic abuse are often labeled as mentally ill and put on psychiatric medication they don't even need, when what they're really dealing with is complex PTSD from long-term emotional abuse. They've been gaslighted, smeared, and made to question their own reality, then cut off from the people who should support them because everyone thinks they're the unstable one. The manipulation runs so deep that some lose themselves completely, feeling hopeless to the point of suicide. And society just calls it mental illness instead of recognizing the severe trauma and abuse behind it.

The money is a problem, but it's not just the money. People are really tired. They are tired of being tracked, micromanaged, and watched everywhere they go. They are tired of being advertised to by their car, their gas pump, their TV, their email. They are tired of their email, mailbox, text messages, and phone calls being flooded with non-stop spam, rendering them completely unusable. They are tired of being lied to about everything, talked down to by by people unjustly lifted above them, and ignored by everyone in power. They are tired of having to log in, sign up, and sync every everything with endless accounts, endless passwords, endless subscriptions, and endless data theft just to use their baking scale or toaster. They are tired of being told that they don't know what their country is, they don't know who their people are, and they don't know what they want for their future. They are tired of walking on eggshells to not lose their job, being incapable of asking someone out, being unable to have normal conversations with people like adults, having everything they do recorded. They are tired of being told that they're entitled because they know that their ancestors built this country for them. They are tired of being told that they just aren't trying hard enough, by smug elitists who have never turned in a day of real work. They are tired of being blatantly lied to about the job market, about the economy, about immigration, about the reason behind wars and why their child came back in a coffin. They are tired of putting in hundreds of applications and only to get responses in the single digits. They are tired of watching useless incompetents be hired, promoted, imported and put in charge if everything. At the cost of a functional society. They are tired of the quality of their food declining, the quality of their homes declining, the quality of their medicine declining. They are tired of feeling unsafe in their house, in their neighborhood, in their airports, in their grocery stores, at their public events. And most of all, they are tired of being ruled over by people that quite obviously hate them, despite the fact that they've held up and built this entire system, doing the hard work.

🇺🇦 🇺🇲 The confrontation inside Trump's Ukraine peace negotiations is now coming into focus. Le Monde reports that Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner spent nearly three hours pitching Ukraine's presidential chief of staff, Kyrylo Budanov, a postwar economic arrangement built around restoring Russian oil and gas flows to Europe through Ukrainian pipelines. The meeting took place on October 9 at the Shell Bay golf club in Florida. Witkoff presented the proposal as a regional prosperity plan: Ukraine would collect transit revenues, Europe would receive cheaper energy, and Russia would regain access to commercial routes disrupted by the war. Budanov saw something fundamentally different. According to a witness cited by Le Monde, he objected that the arrangement would recreate Ukraine's dependence on Moscow. “Our model is not Belarus, but Poland!” he reportedly replied. The meeting was interrupted, and Budanov called Zelensky. When talks resumed, news arrived that Trump had announced a separate agreement with Putin involving Russian diesel. Le Monde reports that an irritated Witkoff then demanded that the Ukrainians accept the arrangement and stop striking Russian oil refineries, arguing that the attacks endangered the wider world. A source familiar with the Ukrainian delegation described its members as exceptionally distressed by the encounter. The account adds a revealing dimension to the commercial negotiations we have been tracking. The proposed Lukoil asset sale, Novatek's involvement in an Alaska LNG venture, the broader US-Russia list of business opportunities reported by the Financial Times, and now the proposed restoration of Russian energy transit through Ukraine all point to the prominence of energy deals in Washington's diplomatic approach. These are separate proposals, with different participants and legal circumstances. But Le Monde's reporting exposes the strategic disagreement underlying them. For Witkoff, restoring commercial flows appears to be part of the mechanism for producing a peace settlement. For Budanov, according to the account, those same flows threaten to restore Moscow's economic leverage over Ukraine. The reported exchange also raises a question about sequencing: why was Kyiv being pressed to stop attacking Russian refineries while Russia continued striking Ukrainian energy infrastructure? Le Monde's reconstruction relies on accounts of a private meeting. The reported exchanges have not been independently confirmed by the participants. Source: Le Monde

This all rings true. And Budanov saw it and called it, in real time.

This journalist is part of the problem with the media - she came with a pre-conceived position that was reflected in her question but she really didn’t know much about the subject & it showed. A triumph of opinion over knowledge that collapsed in the face of the truth.
Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo delivered a masterclass response to a lawyer challenging his decision to end four vaccine mandates. Attorney Simone Chriss claimed it would have a “devastating impact.” This was his response: “I understand you’re not a clinician or a physician.” “Did you say devastating impact?” Chriss: “I did.” Dr. Ladapo: “There are other states in this country that do not mandate three of the vaccines that we’re removing.” “There are many, many countries that don’t mandate any vaccines.” “Canada.” “Australia.” “Denmark.” “Sweden.” “The United Kingdom.” “Many of these countries actually have life expectancies that are longer than this country has.” “It’s actually sort of perverse to think that you could separate parental rights from public health.” “Engaged parents are the reason that children eat healthier diets.” “Engaged parents are the reason that children exercise.” “Engaged parents are the reason that children go to school and learn, which is a huge predictor of future health.” “This idea of a devastating impact, I mean, talk about not supported by evidence.” Florida is refusing to back down from their plan to end mandates for Hep B, chickenpox, Hib, and pneumococcal shots. @FLSurgeonGen @HealthyFla

Amazon Prime has an estimated 200 million US members. Most of them pay $139 a year for one thing: free shipping. One research firm that tracks Amazon estimates US Prime passed 200 million members in late 2025. And a survey cited in industry reports found that 57% of US members say free shipping is the main reason they joined. That means tens of millions of people are paying for a bundle of perks and using one of them. The bundle includes unlimited full-resolution photo storage, a $5-a-month plan for generic prescriptions, a way to share your membership with your family, a 30-minute head start on the best deals, and a free food-delivery membership that's set to end this year. You aren't walking past a bargain. You're paying for the whole store and only walking through the front door. Here are the 9 Amazon Prime benefits most members walk past every day 🧵
