2.Ask the simple question. Does this app need this to do its job? A map app needs location. A torch app doesn't need your contacts.
3.Choose "While using the app" for location.“Always" is rarely necessary. Where the option exists, choose "Ask every time" or approximate location.

4.Remove apps you don't use. Every installed app is another door. Delete the ones you forgot about, and your permissions go with them.

2.Skip cracked and "free full version" software. Cracks, keygens and modded apps are one of the most common ways malware gets onto devices. If the paid thing is free, you are the product.
3.Beware of ads on search results. Fake download pages can sit above the real one.
