I cooked two identical steaks today, one in stainless and one in cast iron, and ate them both. Stainless steel wins hands down. Have fun eating rust!! And have fun scrubbing & seasoning!! Also, why don't you make your seedplates from cast iron?🤔🤔🤔🤔
