40 videos today 📽️ 55 days giving the news in 1 minute. Grateful. When we started, we didn’t have a milestone in mind, we just wanted to provide value in a new way. The top news in 1 minute, in a dynamic, fun, entertaining format, every single day. Very few people truly understand how much work goes into these “1-minute videos”. The first one I did (alone) took me 12 hours. Mainly because I had no idea what I was doing and had to learn everything from scratch. But I was committed to get it done, even if the final result could be terrible. I believed it could be the start of something that could change everything. And now we’re here, 40 videos and 55 daily news later, shared on X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The evolution from Day 1 to today has been insane. And like many things in life, I didn't appreciate the process until I tried it myself. In this case, hours of research, prep, recording, planning, editing, and gladly now with a talented team doing their magic behind the scenes. We’ve made 100s of changes along the way, many that people might not even notice, but we do, and they all add up to a better product. So here are the top 5 lessons so far: 1. You can run on 4 hours of sleep. 2. There’s a different kind of joy when you love what you do. 3. Creating with the right people > creating alone. 4. Be mindful, before judging anything, try to imagine the process behind it. 5. Stay curious, keep learning, keep experimenting, keep failing. The gift that keeps on giving. Almost 1.4M views, 100K+ likes, and 2,650+ new followers. All from a 24-sec Instagram video I posted in July celebrating Morocco's win over the Netherlands 🇲🇦 With 1.8K+ comments, most of them saying: "Thank you brother," "You have a home in Morocco," "See you at the 2030 World Cup." We connected with the Moroccan fans from the moment we arrived at the stadium. Their passion was contagious, and I ended up celebrating as if I was one of them. Somehow, that moment keeps reaching more people. Grateful for the experience and to have been part of that energy. And another reminder that there's so much opportunity outside of X and the daily CT bubble. Be human. Be authentic. Be everywhere.

Which caught your eye first? Been playing with a new look for @popshowxyz. Bringing the show to Spotify, Amazon and Apple felt like a good time to refresh the branding too. These are just mockups. I have 2 favorites, but curious what you all think. Completely different ideas welcome too. Expanding the show and bringing the bigger vision to life is the most fun I’ve had creating in a while. I'm considering swapping my X pfp as well very soon but more on that later.

Been working on some big changes for @popshowxyz. I want to focus more on pre-recorded conversations (haven’t done them yet), but I see a lot of benefits beyond just live-streaming. I'm currently streaming on X, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and Abstract (rip), but I also want to expand the Show to Spotify, Apple, and Amazon. Any useful tips are welcome. For socials, I might keep just my X as BlueTiger, transition the rest to the Show’s branding, and eventually mix it with my IRL socials. And I'm committing to giving extra focus to the people and their stories, going back to why the Show started. With the rise of AI (SI), the name and purpose behind “Proof of Person” feel stronger than ever. Onwards.
