Families feel it every day in paychecks that don't stretch and prices that keep climbing.
When first reported, 2025’s jobs reports added up to 1.2 million new jobs.
After revisions, the economy added just 116,000 — 90% less.

The FBI contacted my office earlier today to report that it had intercepted mail containing a suspicious substance addressed to my district office, like others reported around the country. I am grateful to law enforcement for their efforts to keep my staff safe. Threats and attempts at intimidation are unacceptable and must not be tolerated.

The tragedy in Oregon is the 52nd school shooting in the U.S. in 2026. We do not have to live like this, and we should never accept it as normal.
I have repeatedly called on Republicans to hold hearings on school shootings. When I’m chair, the Committee on Education and Labor will finally act to protect students.

This raid follows a disturbing pattern of abusing the criminal justice system to seek retribution against political opponents.
