"Meaning, 46 out of 53 healthy players got faster throughout the season with just shredmill" Thanks Brandon for the trust.
More on the @shredmill results: 79% hit a PR on either the 5 or 20+ Fly 10. Of the 12 that didn’t PR, 5 recently missed a decent amount of training due to getting treatment for injury. Meaning, 46 out of 53 healthy players got faster throughout the season with just shredmill

This is called "peer to peer marketing" and was explained to us as the most effective way to reach customers. We didn't know. It just happened. And we are extremely grateful to every coach that trusted us. Thanks Brandon!!!
“Is @SHREDmillSpeed worth the money?” Football doesn’t have space to sprint for in-season workouts, but we get shredmill reps every week. We got some pre-practice sprints since it’s a bye week We went from 4 guys sub-1.20 on a 5 into fly 10 to 8, including 2x1.15’s, 1.16, 1.17

Sometimes it just is not believable that if you use a @SHREDmillSpeed in a weight room ONLY that athletes get faster. Thanks Brandon for the trust!

39 guys PRed their 5 into fly 10 and another 3 tied it. The 16 that didn’t were only 0.03 slower on average. 12 guys ran a 20 + fly 10 faster than their 30 + fly 10 from this summer, and another 11 tied their 30 times. The rest were only 0.04 slower. Shoutout shredmill

I understand it’s a hefty investment for most of us, but if you can afford it? It’s absolutely worth the money. Being able to still get faster without having accessed to timing sprints is worth its weight in gold.

The sweet spot on Twitter is 100 likes. It did well enough to reach the majority of people you tweet for, but it didn’t do well enough for the algorithm to push it outside your usual audience. 300+ likes is just blocking a new batch of anon accounts every time you log in
This videos is a wonderful example of the most common issue on the internet: The least educated and experienced people have the loudest opinions. She’s attempting to pull 200kg (441lbs), but the average commenter thinks she’s attempting 115 to 200 lbs.

I’m just going to ignore and hide all the comments from people that continue to prove my point, But for those of you that coach and actually know what you’re talking about, here’s the easiest tool to build your own custom dashboard and leaderboards for all your athletes.

Shut the school down. None of the administrators are capable of teaching their teachers how to spot obvious signs of choking. All of the teachers who gave written statements write at a 3rd grade level, at best. This deserves the harshest punishment possible. Disgusting.
🚨 BREAKING EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE: EIGHT-YEAR-OLD ADRIAN THOMPSON’S FINAL MOMENTS - DEVASTATING NEWLY RELEASED WITNESS STATEMENTS Please be advised that the footage is extremely distressing to watch. I ask everyone who watches or discusses it to remember that this was a child whose family continues to grieve an unimaginable SENSELESS loss. I will be transparent and say that NOTHING about this investigation has ever sat right with me. I have spent considerable time investigating the tragic death of eight-year-old Adrian Thompson, who died following a choking incident at Velma Penny Elementary School in Lindale, Texas, on April 15, 2026. I previously reported on the Texas Rangers’ investigative findings, including significant concerns surrounding the school’s emergency response, the DELAY in choking intervention, and the use of ADULT-sized LifeVac masks. But now, after reviewing the newly released surveillance footage, I am even more disturbed by what happened that day. I warn you, the absolute lack of urgency during those critical moments is both heartbreaking and infuriating. You will see an eight-year-old little girl visibly struggle, desperately attempting to communicate that something is wrong. According to the Rangers’ timeline, Adrian began exhibiting visible signs of choking at approximately 1140 am. She was grabbing at her throat, attempting to clear her mouth, and showing signs of distress. She was subsequently directed toward a trash can by school employee Chelsea Wiggins, who stated that she initially believed Adrian was going to vomit. Rather than immediately receiving documented choking intervention, back blows, or any apparent attempt to address a potential airway obstruction, Adrian was asked whether she needed to use the restroom. Adrian eventually left the cafeteria and ran toward the nurse’s office, alone. It is also worth noting that Chelsea Wiggins remains employed by Lindale ISD. A separate eyewitness statement I obtained describes Adrian panicking and communicating her need for help through her body movements. That witness wrote: “The teacher only walked her out the cafeteria but didn’t walk with her to the nurse. The little girl ran by her self to the nurses office.” Other employee statements describe an adult following Adrian toward the nurse. However, none of these accounts eliminates the serious questions surrounding the response during those initial moments. Nearly two minutes had passed between Adrian’s first visible signs of distress and her arrival at the nurse’s office, according to the Rangers’ timeline. The nurse’s own documentation indicates that she began the Heimlich maneuver after Adrian started turning blue. Documentation also states that 911 was not called from the nurse’s station, but from a separate office instructed BY the nurse’s station. Side note of information: After researching the nurse’s license, public records show that Lindale ISD is the only school she has been employed by from 1998 until present. Adrian subsequently collapsed after the Heimlich failed. Efforts to resuscitate her were unsuccessful. I am deeply troubled by the apparent failure to recognize the severity of this emergency sooner. As a mother, watching this footage is extremely difficult. As an independent journalist, I believe it raises questions that deserve answers. I also previously reported that the two LifeVac devices examined by the Texas Rangers had ADULT masks attached, despite Adrian being only eight years old. I am releasing this footage in the interest of public awareness and accountability, not to sensationalize Adrian’s death or exploit her family’s unimaginable loss. It has been shared with PERMISSION from the family. Parents deserve to know that the schools entrusted with their children’s safety are adequately prepared to respond when SECONDS matter. Staff statements will be shared in the thread.

You can build your own dashboard just like this. No more data entry. Snap pics of your whiteboard or upload a CSV and let it do the work for you. Check it out ⬇️

You really could just program 3 reps for everything you do and be fine. Heavy 3’s for strength. 3’s for power. 10x3 for hypertrophy. 3 reps for all jumps. 3 sprints. When in doubt, guess three and use Prilepin’s chart to double check how much volume you need at that intensity.

I’m not a medical professional, but if a blood clot is concerning enough that sleeping is considered too risky, How is playing football and getting on an airplane back to America considered no big deal??
#Eagles QB Jalen Hurts, who is out for the season after several blood clots were revealed in his lungs, has been undergoing tests for days. Before the London game, Hurts was in the hospital until 4 am and did not sleep because sleep was a risk. He played without having slept.

Trap bar being sold as the “back friendly alternative” to a deadlift is rubbish. Watch 100 videos of people doing heavy trap bar deadlift and tell me how many of them feature rounding of lower T spine down through L5. Sumo deadlift is the back friendly variation.

You watch a kid only squat to 85° of knee flexion and you tell them to lighten the load and get full ROM. Then you turn around and make a KPI for your team centered around partial ROM. I like it for power and that’s it. DB jumps are better for speed. Sumo is better for strength
