As someone with years of experience in emergency management prior to starting a PhD, let's just say I find this a little confusing...
OSU Columbus in-person classes will resume on Friday, Feb 4. Classes scheduled online will also occur as planned. MORE: emergency.osu.edu

Two completely unrelated thoughts:
1. Uni guidance to in-person instructors going into the start of the semester: "have a plan if conditions change" aka "this is your problem, not ours"
2. It is sometimes better to ask forgiveness than permission.
