AI infrastructure is pushing the connection bandwidth between chips, servers and data centers to new limits.
As data rates increase, integrated optics brings optical connectivity closer to compute, providing a path to greater bandwidth density, lower power and longer reach as AI infrastructure scales.
See how integrated optics is evolving across scale-across, scale-out, scale-up and scale-in, and where this architectural transition is headed: brcm.tech/3VqEKcj
