This issue is more than "He Said, He Said," even though it clearly is a dispute where both sides can't be a little bit right. One of them is not telling the truth. piped.video/watch?v=7B-0E8sb… Brent Friedman says he was a neighbor of former Secretary of Energy John Herrington and that, as an 18-year-old, he was asked to drive Herrington's cars (plus his pet) across the country after he'd taken a job in the Reagan Administration. Friedman says that Herrington told him (in the summer of 1981) he'd been briefed at an underground facility in West Virginia and that aliens were real, that he'd seen them, and he "cried himself to sleep" at night after he'd been briefed. This is the cleanest test the subject has had in years. In 1981, Brent Friedman (@BFree63) says a family friend pulled him onto a Virginia porch and told him aliens were real, they were here, and he had seen them. That man was John S. Herrington, later Reagan’s Secretary of Energy. Friedman, with @BryceZabel, put the claim on Jesse Michels’ @AmericanALCHMY. Herrington has now sat in the same chair and called the story total BS. He says he barely knew Friedman. Friedman says Herrington warned him that if the name was ever used, the denial would come. Now @BryceZabel and @BFree63 have watched the interview and recorded their reaction. Two men. One conversation. No recording. A Cabinet secretary who ran the nuclear complex, and a producer who has told the same story for decades. Watch both. Then watch the reaction. The contradiction is the story.

When the Office of Naval Intelligence showed up at the premiere party for Dark Skies with Brent Friedman and Bryce Zabel. I'm pretty sure neither Bryce nor Brent made that story up, and I'm just as certain the Herrington account isn't made up either. Full episode pinned in the comments!

A great assessment of where this case stands from @JeremyCorbell. The truth is that Brent Friedman is telling the truth, and John Herrington is not.

Jesse Michels gave John Herrington every opportunity to tell his story and be taken seriously. For 32 years, I've felt in my bones that Brent was laying out the story exactly as it happened.
