Every time hashrate "drops 15%" overnight, everybody panics. Most of the time it's just luck. 🧵 👇

For hashrate derivatives this is big. Price vol off raw data and you overstate hashrate risk ~4x. The luck component is fixed by the protocol, so you can strip it out exactly. Cleaner index, less basis risk.📈
