Trump: "We have given tremendous amounts to Ukraine. We've got nothing back other than high diesel."

Trump on his whistleblower fraud incentive program: "I will be the arbitrator of all of these decisions. In other words, I'll determine whether or not the person is deserving."

Trump: "Today I'm thrilled to announce the fraud whistleblower incentive program...If you turn somebody in and you, let's say report and you find a billion dollars. We are giving a commission to that person of 1%."

Trump: "Very few things are more important than good journalism."

Trump: “115 Minnesota fraudsters have been arrested and charged, and by the way, the governor's 100% guilty. [Tim Walz's] 100% guilty. He's a fraud. He's a thief. He's a crook…He's getting away, but maybe he knew everything that was happening.”

Rubio on a potential Trump-Putin-Xi meeting: "People need to grow up when it comes to foreign policy a little bit, okay? I don't think it's unusual for the three most powerful nuclear-armed nations on Earth, for their leaders to communicate with one another...That should be something the world is enthused by."

Rubio: "I saw somebody associated with the Ukrainian government say that people in Ukraine are dying because the U.S. is denying them information. That's scandalous. That's outrageous. That's just simply not true."
