Derek Vazquez | SS | 2028 | NC @SBATheShow All the highlights I have from Jupiter. In a tournament with many of the top HS players in the country, this one stood out as being really really different. #WWBAWorlds @DerekVazqu29789 @CHRISTIANBSBALL

‘28 Hudson Simmons (NC) drives this to CF for an RBI 1B. Compact swing with fast hands. #Gamecocks commit. @PG_Coastal #WWBAWorlds

‘28 Jacob Reynolds (NC) just throws the hands out at this & executes perfectly, finding open space to drive in a run. Contact bat with B2B tendencies. @HailStateBB commit. @PG_Coastal #WWBAWorlds

Check out the actions ranging up the middle here from Derek Vazquez (‘28 NC). Sick glovework. Checks all the boxes as one of the very top end talents in the 2028 class. #WWBAWorlds

Tough games in Jupiter today but knocked off the # 3 seed and advanced to the Elite 8 tomorrow! Had a couple of righty barrels that went unrewarded but helped my team win with a timely sac bunt that led to a run and followed it up with an RBI bunt single. Looking forward to tomorrow! 👤 Banks Stevenson (2028 S/R C/UTL) 💪 6’1 / 195 lbs. 🏠 Charlotte, NC 👨‍🎓 4.24GPA / @CHRISTIANBSBALL 📈 100+ EV 🚩 #uncommitted / @FlatgroundBats / @jakerobbins49 / @jrudd_scout

Banks Stevenson (‘28 NC) turns on this one flying this ball into deep right field for a RBI double; smooth LH swing swinging at an upward angle. @PG_Uncommitted #WWBAWorlds @PG_Coastal

Staying consistent in Fort Myers. Went 1/2 again with another double & a BB. Also had a great night at catcher. My coach clocked my pop time at 1.9-1.95 throughout warmups, and it felt great to be catching for the first time since summer. PG has confirmed that we will be back at it tomorrow at 8am on Brett field at Terry Park Sports Complex. Probably playing 1B, 2B, or 3B tomorrow after working at outfield and catcher in the first 2 games. 👤 Banks Stevenson (2028 S/R C/UTL) 💪 6’1 / 195 lbs. 🏠 Charlotte, NC 👨‍🎓 4.24GPA / @CHRISTIANBSBALL 📈 100+ EV 🚩 #uncommitted / @FlatgroundBats / @jakerobbins49 / @jrudd_scout
