A systematic literature review supplemented by AI tools identified 36 fit-for-use real-world data (RWD) sources evaluating homologous recombination repair (HRR) gene mutations in prostate cancer, according to a poster presentation at #ESMO26.
The study highlighted critical gaps: sources with detailed HRR biomarker testing often lacked comorbidity and non-cancer treatment details, while comprehensive clinical datasets frequently lacked biomarker data.

Prospective data presented at #ESMO26 demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of AI-assisted RECIST 1.1 response evaluation in a phase 1 study (NCT05208762) of fetrastobart vedotin (Fetra-V) in NSCLC.
AI-assisted reads showed high concordance with investigator-assessed confirmed ORR and DCR while significantly improving inter-reader reproducibility and reducing read time by 40% at baseline and 52% at follow-up (P <.001).

Etentamig, a second-generation BCMA/CD3 bispecific antibody T-cell engager, was supported by results from the CERVINO trial.
The agent significantly improved ORR and PFS vs investigator’s choice of standard available therapies in relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.

Combining frontline ivonescimab with gemcitabine/cisplatin chemotherapy signficantly prolonged OS vs durvalumab plus chemotherapy among those with advanced biliary tract cancer.
The phase 3 HARMONi-GI1 trial demonstrated that first-line ivonescimab plus chemotherapy may be a new standard of care in this patient population.

Osimertinib plus savolitinib significantly improved PFS and OS vs platinum/pemetrexed chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC with MET overexpression, MET amplification, or both whose disease had progressed during osimertinib therapy.
Data from the phase 3 SAFFRON trial may support osimertinib plus savolitinib as a new global standard of care in this EGFR-mutated NSCLC population.
