One week later and the most memorable parts of finals week are Brandt Crocker mispronouncing my name (twice) and then sobbing for 30 minutes straight after our last show. Is there anything more drum corps?

Hot take for my fellow boilermakers but I really think we’ve got a few more wins in us this season

@tmcclelland I will donate whatever I can and get every single AAMB alum I know to do the same if Kevin Kane is tarmac'd tonight
My butt will be firmly planted in the seats any time I can get to West Lafayette - pull the trigger and let this offense cook!

Might as well share this mockup I did for an AAMB inspired helmet. Drum script on one side, the star from the band hat on the other. Used the white helmet to parallel the band hat.
Original photos from Purdue football, photoshopped by me.
Missed opportunity for Purdue to not wear a "World's Largest Drum" helmet for its 100th anniversary in 2021.
No time like the present to break it out!
🥁 Drum "Purdue" script
🥁 Diamond pattern stripe
🥁 Chrome facemask, a nod to the dummers' chrome helmets

When I went to Australia last year, I learned all about Aussie rules football and thought their playoff format was crazy but I’ve come to love it. I will immediately be the biggest fan of any college basketball conference that implements this for their tournament.
The CFL has a new playoff format for 2027, and here’s what it looks like.
We’re still trying to figure it out, too.

There is one correct interjection in Hail Purdue and it’s immediately after “raise our song anew,” and nowhere else

You know what? Yeah, let’s do it.
*taps on the shoulder* Hey Purdue, how ya doing? I have a crazy idea.
