India’s phone market just had its worst Q3 since 2016, with shipments down 26% to 35.8M. Meanwhile Apple India’s revenue went up 31% to ₹1,03,853 crore 💀

This just proves how fucking lazy Samsung is. Amazing work by the community.

“One UI ain’t smooth” my arse. If Samsung won’t do it, the community will. Hats off to the mad lads in the Project Cipher telegram. Animation and Dynamic Island ported from ColorOS

Good Lock isn’t the reason why I think One UI deserves praise. It’s actually Samsung Wallet and Quick Share links. Samsung Wallet is SO good in India. I can add all my cards, IDs, UPI, tickets, and even connect DigiLocker. It pretty much covers everything I need in one place, and I don’t think anything else comes close to it. Quick Share links are another massive W. I can share a link with anyone, and they can download the files directly. Just share the link and you’re done.

Got Infinix Note 50x for my uncle to upgrade his Nokia C01 Plus. He was confused between M35 and Z10x but ended up liking this as it was cheaper. I Hope it serves him well. (And I get to try XOS first hand).

The iPhone 16 is now available for ₹69,249 with bank and coupon offers on Amazon GIF sale. iPhone 17 costs like ₹1 lakh now. Considering the current market, this seems like a good deal for people who want an iPhone under 70K. And this might be the last chance to get a good deal on this phone, as prices could go even higher in the future.

I’ve been using ColorOS 17 for over three days now, and this is EASILY the best software skin I’ve ever used. It’s SO smooth, I still can’t get over it 😭 The design is gorgeous, the consistency is insane, and the smooth animations are everywhere. Every system app follows the new design, and the entire UI feels so cohesive. Just watch this video and you’ll get what I mean. The new media player and Living Clock are my absolute favorites. OPPO COOKED with this one. AI features are also amazing: AI Photo Agent with Style Match and Prompt Edit, OSee for visual search, AI Agents at the system level, AI Mind Suggest, and so much more. ColorOS 17 delivers the best software experience on a smartphone.
