🎊 UNDP AltFinLab and @ChainforGood launched a 2-year programme at the Cybersecurity, Trust & Digital Safety Launch Summit in Singapore today. Together, we’ll strengthen cybersecurity knowledge and capacity across the UN ecosystem, advancing safer, more trusted & resilient digital systems.

Yesterday in Singapore, BGA and @UNDP signed a two-year partnership on cybersecurity for the UN system and the governments it serves. Signed at the UNDP Global Centre, witnessed by @EdwardVrkic, UNDP’s Resident Representative to Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei Darussalam and BGA Founder, @helen_moledao. It was followed by a panel on securing digital trust, where Edward and Helen were joined by @RPasicko, Lead of @UNDP_AltFinLab , @MMajauskas, Global Head of Policy at @Bybit_Official and moderated by our Director of Global Affairs, @jg13nn. Last week, our Director of Global Affairs @jg13nn joined a panel at the launch of the Ventures with Impact Living Lab (VWILL) by ThinkX Global & Staytion in Singapore, in the presence of Mdm Halimah Yacob, former President of Singapore, and representatives from the diplomatic community from Brunei and Thailand. No blockchain. No crypto. Just impact, sustainability, and the public good. BGA talked on a major point: when you solve a real problem for a real person, they tell others. Trust doesn't travel through advertising. It travels through people. This is what BGA was built to do: carry the conversation on technology-for-good into the rooms where public leaders and institutions gather with builders. The technology was never the point. The people always were.

Collaboration is essential for stronger humanitarian response. 🤝 As part of the BGA Spring 2026 Incubation Programme, @geniustags brought together 11 representatives from 9 humanitarian organisations in Syria to validate ClimateAid, a blockchain-powered coordination platform designed to improve disaster response while protecting sensitive beneficiary data. The session generated valuable product feedback, confirmed real operational needs, and led to follow-up meetings with every participating organization.
