Hoodi postponed, update to Lodestar v1.50.1 ⤵️
The Glamsterdam upgrade on the Hoodi testnet (scheduled for Oct 26) has been postponed.
If you run a node or validator on Hoodi, please update to Lodestar v1.50.1 to remove the activation schedule. Paired EL clients must also be updated. Mainnet is unaffected.

Porting anything Ethereum into Canton? We can bridge it.
Our ERC-20/CIP-56 Middleware works by sitting an Ethereum JSON-RPC façade in front of Canton. MetaMask thinks it's talking to an Ethereum node.
You sign, and the middleware translates the EVM command into a native Canton call in real time. Balances and transfers work the way your team already expects.
Behind it, a dedicated relayer per partner locks your ERC-20 1:1 on Ethereum and mirrors it as a CIP-56 token on Canton. We build a bespoke bridge per asset, not a shared pool.
Result: build, test, and deploy with the EVM workflows you already know on Canton's institutional rails.

Our initial commit for Forest landed Nov 8, 2019, 11 months before mainnet launched.

→ NV29 "Solstice":
Forest upgraded alongside the other implementations on calibnet, with post-upgrade state matching Lotus on two test networks
→ Proof-parameter hosting:
ChainSafe is now the default @filecoin provider for Forest and Lotus at filecoin-proofs.chainsafe.de…
→ EVM tooling:
forest-cli evm deploy, call, and invoke work with no Lotus binary needed
→ Ethereum compatibility:
eth_sendRawTransaction returns the Ethereum tx hash, so forge script works again
→ Performance:
computing a message's encoded length is 30–50% faster
→ Correctness:
three Filecoin.MpoolPending fixes and a closed snapshot GC race
→ Validation:
CI checks Forest's responses against an independent dataset on calibnet and mainnet
→ Releases:
v0.37.0 "Sharad Sampat" is mandatory for calibnet node operators, and the mainnet NV29 release follows in the coming weeks
