A stranger violently assaulted me in a Cambridge street, sitting on me & repeatedly punching me in the head. This happened in front of my 4yo daughter & my autistic son, who are severely traumatised. The attacker is still loose. @CambsCops tried to drop the case. (1/3)

I fought to get it reopened. To be told by the new officer that he had 50 other cases to deal with and could only "try his best." Worst of all, when I formally asked for a public media appeal to identify this dangerous stranger using photos, the officer dismissed me. (2/3)
