I can coach mistakes. I can fix poor technique. But I can't build a program around someone who believes the team exists to serve him instead of the other way around. Selfishness is undefeated unless you decide to beat it.

Muskego (WI) Using an ultra creative Wing-ed offense, the Warriors hit with this Down G Wing Insert scheme x2. 1st rep they shift both tackles from unbalanced to unbalanced. The 2nd rep just one tackle shifts back to a balanced look. @MuskegoHSFB | @CoachKrauseMHS

"Sorry @ReggieBush, we can't offer you. You play in the fake wing T offense. We have to instead offer the kid that runs a 4.8 because he plays in the spread. A real offense" - Wing T hater if they became a P4 Coach

One of the hardest things for an offensive line coach is finding 5 starters and reliable substitutes. Not everyone will have 2 complete lines. I look for 7 linemen going into a season that I can count on. And pray.
