Every difficult practice. Every uncomfortable moment. Every time you choose not to quit. Toughness isn't a personality trait. It's a practiced response. “Have it own your mind.” #FTU

#FridayFocus we all have a job to do. “Do your job!” Don’t worry abt nothing else. When the coach holds a player accountable, it’s a rule. When players hold each other accountable, it’s the standard. “It takes what it takes” Be committed to it & do it at a high level every time.

There’s no magic wand to success. #Facts It is just daily work. It’s daily accountability. Your brand that you’re building is about habits. Winners aren’t defined by their obligations. They’re defined by their choices. #WednesdayWisdom
