Out of all the polling stations monitored by CODEO citizen observers, 6% were not accessible to persons with disabilities and the elderly.

By 7:15 AM, at least 50% of all polling stations observed were opened for voting, and by 11:00 AM, 98% of polling stations were set up to allow voters to mark their ballots in secret.
