Had to RETURN a @Homedepot order for @LGUS fridge. I had requested the door be reversed during install. Delivery guy had the audacity to try and convince me not to. “NOPE.”
When they did reverse it, they used power tools resulting in a cross-threaded hinge pin. Ugh!

The top freezer door would not shut smoothly, and there is no fix for it besides new hinge assembly. Don’t use an impact wrench on stuff like that!!! Needless to say, I told them to take it back.
Delivery guys don’t seem to care if that screw stuff up.
