Denver District Court just dismissed the signature protest for Amendment 87 (formerly Initiative 195) "Punitive Income Tax". The legal challenge was concerning some of the paid circulators that were not registered with that specific initiative.

Please reject Proposition NN (SB 26-135) on your 2026 ballot.
The bill sponsor claims it's not a tax increase.
Fact: It is a tax increase - we lose TABOR refunds and likely get a bunch of "fees" added that we don't get to vote on in the future.

In August, I asked Front Range Passenger Rail District for the receipts using public funds to campaign. They told me CORA cost $586, I didn't pay it.

Odd, CEA helped write Prop NN and their website asserts: "It is limited to K-12 only and cannot be used for anything else."
