A little bit late to this, but thank you to everyone who voted for me and who has supported me along the way. Winning Rookie of the Year means a lot to me, and it's something I could not have imagined back then while I was still in school.
I was at Maryville a year ago studying to become a dentist, unsure what my future in League would look like. I had many credits coming in, and I was on track to graduate early; I really thought that might be the path I would take.
Things changed really quickly. I went from studying at Maryville, wondering if I would ever get my chance to play on the big stage, to making it a reality a couple of months later, I am truly grateful for everyone who believed in me and allowed me to chase this.
I'm sorry to all the fans that our split ended the way it did. I am still very disappointed that we will not be making it to Worlds after everything we worked toward, although we still have Demacia Cup ahead of us, it's still sad that our worlds run is over and our split has ended here.
Thank you to everyone who stuck with us throughout this entire year, and through all of the discourse on social media. I have learned a lot this year, and I will take everything from it into next year.
From Tier 3 to collegiate to now the big stage, he's shown NA talent is still here.
Congratulations,
@CryogenNA, on Rookie of the Year!
