Starting the Master’s (LLM) in Law & Finance Will also be taking courses in Information Law and IP Law This will all be very demanding and besides taking care of my family, will probably take up most of my time We’ll see how well it can all be combined But family and health above all!

If I my agents could save or make you millions, how much would you be willing to pay for that? The era of per seat licensing might be over Charging for outcome though? That seems to be hotter than ever Build an agent first company and have your agents actually solve real problems and add real value That's where the new big money short to mid term is

My dev buddy @gwendall made the French national news Built a pretty funny game. Go play Not sure what they are talking about, though All characters are fictional and any resemblance to real-life events or people is purely coincidental 🤷‍♂️

This has to be AI generated, right? Right? No designer would stitch a label over a functional pleat like that Also don't understand the incredibly short cuffs (and button placement) But looks like they aren't that short in the campaign shots so who knows 🤷‍♂️ @BoredApeYC

Just notices the shirt in the campaign video doesn't seem to have the box pleat on the back at all 🤔

Did you read the terms? Agents and tools can be amazing at making our lives and work easier But what if you pay with your IP?! In this case the agent steals all of your proprietary data and designs right off of the machine they are running on and you are supposedly granting them an irrevocable license (whether that will hold up in court is to be seen) If you think you won't need lawyers in this post-AI world, you're gravely mistaken Do pick a lawyer who understands the tech, tough!
It looks like MecAgent, which calls itself the "Cursor for CAD," has a PR crisis to handle heading into the weekend. A Reddit post from the SolidWorks subreddit that's making the rounds points out that the AI agent software "scans your drives for CAD files and uploads them in the background." The Redditor, Objective-Appeal-307, noticed the behavior when investigating why the AI chat was taking up so many network resources. A representative from MecAgent responded, saying paid plans do not collect data and that free-tier collection was for potential future training that has not yet started. The startup says it's paused data collection for the free plan until they clarify the terms. But the free tier is exactly where engineers are most likely to try the service on real work without understanding the data implications. Most engineers do not read the fine print before trying a "Cursor for CAD" demo. The consequences could be severe if the tool uploads sensitive files to the cloud. For companies handling controlled technical data, it could put their ITAR (or EAR) compliance at risk, especially if the service's servers or staff include foreign personnel. That could result in loss of existing work, disqualification of future bids, or both. Three French engineers launched MecAgent in 2025 in San Francisco amid a surge of interest in AI for CAD. Dozens, likely hundreds, of startups are trying to create an AI engineer that that generates usable parametric CAD models. They range from Jeff Bezos' $41 billion Prometheus AI to a longtail of small firms like MecAgent, Adam, Backflip, Leo AI, BuildCAD AI, ClassCAD, zCAD and many others. Many of them use a freemium model to get engineers in the door. The data terms on those are often less protective than paid or enterprise tiers, though MecAgent's seems to be the most aggressive. The CAD data could be more valuable than a paid account because it supplies real engineering examples like parts, assemblies, feature trees, and design intent that are hard to generate synthetically. All of the players in the niche have presumably exhausted the open-source and publicly available CAD files that anyone can download. No company that's actually in business its IP used to train AI that its competitors could use. Large companies are bound to start prohibiting tools like this by their own staff and their engineering partners as legal and IT teams wrap their head around the implications. They'll have to be integrated into tools the companies already trust like SolidWorks, Fusion, Onshape, etc.

How does Claude know what is original and what is not? Imagine planning your IPO and then nerfing your best-selling features 😹 Couldn't be me But game studios might have pressured them 🤔 Although I doubt any of the model providers care much about IP law

Not sure if proud or complaining But this is nothing to be proud off This is why our high trust society is going down the drain And everyone blaming it on all the immigrants but when people just blatantly abuse and exhaust the social services we’ve built as a nation Why do you expect the ‘newcomers’ to behave any better? Stop being lazy If you’re healthy get back to work
There's stories in the replies here of people traveling the world while receiving 2 years of free salary for being "burnt out " It's amazing! I know stories of people receiving social housing apartments paying €300/mo, illegally renting them out for €1500/mo to expats then making a €1200/mo profit Then they added unemployment, which is FREE fully paid salary of 70% of their last salary, 10 years ago that'd go on for 3 years (now 2 years), so in their case that was about €3500/mo of his previous €5000/mo salary Then they moved to the other side of the world to a cheap country so they could make it go longer €1200/mo renting out social housing illegally €3500/mo unemployment += €4700/mo free money for 3+ years If you wonder why Europeans don't like to work, it's because in Europe you don't actually need to work at all to make a lot of money

Can we get rid of valuing collections by floor price? Bid-depth score seems more realistic Using depth adjusted average price at different sizes Would show volume weighted average price received when dumping up to that depth liquid / realizable market cap = depth adjusted average x supply Only thing floor price is good for is calculating liquidity ratio top bid / floor Yay or nay? Also add total bid value within 10-20% of floor to see actual buy strength @opensea @SteveKBark

Binance hacked? Already priced in? Or will we see some new entry opportunities appear in the next days? Which way are you leaning? @Polymarket
ok safe to say binance is pwned The biggest assets were approximately: • 1.615B USDT • 62.6M RLUSD • 29,934 wBETH • 11,372 XAUt • 6.19M UNI • 198.4M ENA • 7.175T PEPE • 27.8M USD1 • 2.26M LINK • 127,853 AAVE about $2.5B at the explorer’s prices. 1. The attacker deployed a delegate contract, 0x63e842b0...73e9c6fAe, from the relayer at 15:59 UTC. 2. About four hours later, the relayer submitted an EIP-7702 authorization transaction That installed the malicious 7702 delegate code on Binance 14. 3. The relayer then made a call to Binance 14, executing the delegate code, and transferring Binance 14’s ETH and token balances. 4. The calldata is labeled sweep(address, address[]). The second argument is a list of recognizable token-contract addresses plus the zero-address (eth). 5. The same relayer later used the same delegate to move 780M USDC from Binance Hot Wallet 34 into the same pool • The relayer 0x7C... was funded by three Tornado Cash 0.1 ETH withdrawals over the prior two days. • The same pool also received 28,005.6 ETH from Binance 16 24 seconds after the main sweep. • The pool then forwarded 195,460 ETH to a fresh, unlabeled EOA • That EOA has only one transaction and currently holds the 195,460 ETH. What's a bit unclear is why the relayer was needed in the first place. If they had the private keys to the Binance wallets, they could have just sent the assets out in an atomic bundle without needing a relayer at all. So it seems likely that they didn't have the private keys and instead just had the 7702 auth signatures, which must have been phished somehow. I think we can go ahead and assume DPRK.

Could we get a depth map for the collections offers? @opensea @SteveKBark Like to see the liquidity on a collection and the cumulated value of dumping into bids 😹 Thank you 🙏

How can you proof authorship? You can't protect style and ideas You'd have to proof personal human creative choices and decisions What were you prompts What were you creative choices (if any) Did you curate the results? Did you make edits based on own vision? Having build a custom pipeline could also work in your favor Would you want to protect your creations? And if so, which parts? And how would you go about proving your human authorship?
Replying to @CryptoSpaces1
if it is ai generated how can anyone prove authorship

Is it truly yours? If you did not edit them If you did not curate them And if you cannot proof your own creative and human input that let to the result Then you made nothing and you own nothing IP law in the age if AI is a very interesting field as questions regarding who owns what and does it really matter become more relevant by the minute
Please stop selling cheap, AI-generated images as NFTs. At least edit them. Add your own touch. Develop the art. Make it something more than just a prompt and a click. The space is already flooded with cheap AI-generated NFTs. Collectors are getting tired of it. AI is a tool, not the art itself. 🫡

How to valuate AI (powered) companies? You don't own the compute AI/Agents cannot own IP which requires human creativity and authorship OpenAI and Anthropic don't own their infrastructure So what are we valuating here? Follow my posts and one they we'll all figure it out

Who needs lawyers anyway? Amirite?! Move fast, break things Always Be Closing But maybe retain some legal advice to limit your exposure 😉
Example of the impact of "good" AI: Speeding up processes that seemed IMPOSSIBLE to speed up in the past! So challenging timelines from pre-AI. These will include doing away w decades-long assumptions like "it takes at least 2-3 days for Legal to review contracts over $100K"
