I have become a huge minimalist in the last 10 years, choosing to downsize hugely. Having to get rid of all that STUFF....oh my gosh, the freedom I feel.... there are no words….. They were just THINGS. Now, I buy absolutely nothing new…. my mental health is the best it’s ever been… FREEDOM!

The quality of clothing is becoming worse and worse. A few years ago, I bought some cotton wool blend socks. They were nice and thick with a good amount of wool and lasted several years. I recently bought them again and immediately noticed they are way thinner with much less wool and probably won’t last past this upcoming winter.

I abandoned cable TV about 7 years ago. Today when I go to my Dad's or a relative's house with cable TV, all you hear is big pharma ads every 3 minutes talking about "this medication has a chance to turn you into an actual zombie with blood coming out of your eyes but ask your doctor about Zombix!"

43-year-old Charles Christopher McClure was swinging a metal pole at parked cars and breaking windows. His lawyers acknowledge there was also a knife taped to the poll, and that McClure had some mental health issues. They said he was upset because he hadn't been able to see his kids. When Fulton Police were called, McClure started to take his frustrations out on the chief's SUV. Officer James "Buck" Buckingham showed up and seconds later fired twice. McClure died at the hospital. The family filed a lawsuit saying his life didn't have to end that way and that officers acted with unnecessary force.

It's as if we're on a big bus headed for a cliff at a hundred miles per hour and everybody's arguing about where to sit. It's like we are going slow enough that we can see the cliff coming but fast enough that to jump would cause serious injury. And when the bus goes over the cliff, just before impact all those on the bus will be pointing fingers and blaming each other.

I watched a little bit of mainstream news with my Dad and we had to turn it off. What brainwashing, skewed crap they shovel out. We both laughed at the crap we were being told to believe.

People who are tuned in know we’re on the verge of something groundbreaking. My advice to anyone reading this who is in fear frequency - snap out of it. As hard as that sounds, this is a spiritual battle that requires you to be vibrating at your highest frequency right now. Go to nature, love your friends, family pets, etc. whatever you have in your life that brings you away from fear go to that now. Prepare as best you can (5-10 days of supplies) and keep your frequency high. I know it feels like we’re staring at impending doom. I believe this all has to happen for the new golden age to appear. We are close to that time. Evil is losing so the demons are thrashing around, hence why it’s so chaotic out there. Hold your powder, prepare yourselves physically spiritually and mentally. We get through this together if we can hold our collective frequency. This starts with the individual. Do your part.
